These terms apply when you use koneqtiseo.com, our free tools, and our paid service (together, "KoneqtiSEO"). By using KoneqtiSEO you agree to them. If you use it for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for that company.
1. The service
KoneqtiSEO provides SEO research (such as niche, keyword, competitor and website data) and tools that help you plan, create and publish content and manage websites. Features may change as we improve the service.
2. Accounts
- Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Give accurate information and keep your email address current.
- One person or organisation per account. Do not share or resell account access.
3. Free tools and fair use
Free tools have daily limits, which may change. You may not get around these limits, for example with automated requests, scrapers, bots, multiple accounts or rotating IP addresses, and you may not copy our data in bulk to build a competing database or service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use KoneqtiSEO to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, including copyright and trademarks;
- publish spam, malware, deceptive or harmful content, or content you are not allowed to publish;
- violate the rules of the websites and platforms you connect or publish to;
- attack, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service, or access it in ways we did not intend.
You are responsible for the websites you connect, the content you publish with our tools, and making sure you have the rights to do so.
5. Data and estimates
SEO data such as authority scores, traffic tiers, keyword difficulty and traffic estimates comes from public datasets, third-party providers and our own models. It is an estimate, it can be incomplete or out of date, and it may differ from other tools. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue or any specific result. Use the data as one input to your own decisions.
6. Paid plans
- Prices, limits and features are shown when you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Payments are handled by our payment provider. Refunds follow the policy shown at the time of purchase or where required by law.
- We may change prices for future periods and will tell you in advance.
7. Your content and data
You keep ownership of the content and data you bring to KoneqtiSEO. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the service to you. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Our property
KoneqtiSEO's software, design, scores, models and brand belong to us. These terms do not give you any rights to them except to use the service as intended.
9. Third-party services
KoneqtiSEO works with services run by others, such as website platforms, search engines and data providers. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes.
10. Suspension and ending
You can stop using KoneqtiSEO and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
KoneqtiSEO is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, rankings, traffic or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, notify account holders. Continuing to use KoneqtiSEO after changes take effect means you accept them.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
