KoneqtiSEO ("we", "us") provides SEO research tools and website automation at koneqtiseo.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, free tools and paid service, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you create an account
- Your email address and login details, handled by our authentication provider.
- Settings you save in your dashboard, such as the websites you connect, campaigns, keywords and preferences.
When you use the free tools without an account
- Your IP address, used only to apply daily usage limits. Usage counters are deleted automatically after two days.
- The domains or search filters you enter, used to produce your results and cached so repeat searches are faster.
Automatically
- Basic technical data needed to deliver and secure the site, such as browser type and request logs.
- Cookies or local storage that keep you signed in. Cloudflare Turnstile may set data needed to tell people from bots.
When you connect other services
If you connect a website (for example WordPress) or a third-party account, we store the access details needed to perform the actions you ask for, such as publishing content. You can remove a connection at any time from your dashboard.
Data about websites, not people
Our SEO data describes websites: links between sites from the public Common Crawl web graph, traffic tiers from the public Chrome UX Report, search results, and keyword data from providers such as DataForSEO and Google Ads. This data is about domains and search terms, not about individual people.
How we use information
- To provide the tools and features you use, and to run the tasks you request.
- To apply fair usage limits and protect the service from abuse and bots.
- To manage your account, billing and support requests.
- To send service messages, for example about your account or important changes. Marketing emails are only sent if you agree, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell your personal information.
Google user data
If you connect a Google account to KoneqtiSEO, we use the data we receive only to provide the features you enabled, and our use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising and do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the service, comply with the law, or protect our rights.
Service providers we use
We share information only with providers that help us run the service, and only as much as they need:
- Supabase: database and account authentication.
- Cloudflare: network delivery, security and bot protection (Turnstile).
- DataForSEO and Google APIs: SEO and keyword data. We send them keywords and domains, not your personal details.
- Payment provider (for example Stripe): processes payments. We do not store your full card details.
How long we keep information
Account data is kept while your account is active. Free-tool usage counters are deleted after two days. Cached SEO results are kept for a limited time and refreshed regularly. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days, except where we must keep it by law, for example billing records.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls and separate private networks between our servers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Your choices and rights
You can view and update your account details in your dashboard. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Children
KoneqtiSEO is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will update the date above, and for important changes we will notify account holders by email or in the dashboard.
